Volunteers are the heart of the garden. Volunteering is rewarding, fun and an opportunity to make new friends and learn new skills. We strive to make the opportunities varied and to offer something for most everyone. You are invited to join us in producing our popular events and in achieving the ultimate goal in creating a botanical garden on the Sunshine Coast:
- Plant Sale helpers: with trucks to load and transport plants, people to price plants, set up & clean up
- Bakers (for special events)
- Tea Servers & Kitchen Help (for special events)
- Garden Docents (available to answer botanical questions)
- Front of House (selling & taking tickets)
- Garden Guerillas (pre-tour & tea garden clean-up)
- Information Ambassadors (for Mall sitting & various public events)
- Telephone Tree organizer & people to make calls
- Plant Display Steward Sunnycrest Mall
- All kinds of help with the 'Grow the Garden Gala'
- Work parties to help with the Mason Road property
