The Main Hall offers 1125 square feet for banquets or events, and comfortably accommodates 80 seated guests.

Your rental includes:

  • 20 x 6’ tables (30″ x 6′ folding)
  • 90 x upholstered chairs
  • 1 x movable coat rack
  • 4 x small outdoor tables
  • 30 x outdoor chairs

The spacious lobby is ideal for setting up displays, dessert or bar service areas.

Building capacity: 125 people.  

Our rental fee is $90*/hour, with a four-hour minimum charge. (Non-profit organizations, please contact the Garden for rental fees).

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide tents?

The Garden has two, white 10 x 20′ tents with white canopies available to be rented. Each tent is $100/day.
Tent rental rate listed is valid for rentals confirmed prior to July 1, 2023

For larger tents, we recommend reaching out to InTents Events & Rentals.

  • Renters are responsible for set up and take down.
  • Staff will review with you where tents may be placed.
  • Tent legs must NOT be placed in landscaped areas.

Are tables and chairs included?

Yes, we include the use of our 20 six-foot tables and 90 upholstered indoor chairs. For outdoor use, we have 30 patio chairs and 4 small tables.

Do you have a list of vendors?

Do we need a liquor license?

Yes, if you plan to serve alcohol at your function, you will need to ensure you have a Special Event Permit and anyone serving alcohol must hold their Serving It Right certificate. 

Do we need insurance?

While we don’t require this for alcohol-free functions held inside our Pavilion, if you are planning to serve alcohol, we strongly recommend insurance.
